as sad as it is, i think there's nothing we can really do... i tried to handle this like 'a man' but i get the equivelant of being spit at in the face and told, your problem deal with it yourself....
swear off ubi for good.. even if they make a great a game, (or miraculosly 'game of the centruy') just don't buy it... from what i've experienced, there will be countless problems anyways, but just don't buy any of their games... if you see the ubi icon on the package, just put it down... inform as many people as possible and even go to other forums and tell of your experiences with ubi there....
i've swore off ubi.... my wife was asking 'is this game any good' the other day and i looked at who made it, saw ubi and put it back for her..... when she asked why, i reminded her of how much time i've spent cussing out my screen because of Far Cry 2 and she knew... that game is still sitting on that shelf.... if i see someone looking at a ubi game in a store, i will tell them of my experiences and tell them they should look up impartial sources on the game AND ubi's customer service record before buying it...
i will do everything in my power to keep anyone from putting money into ubi's pocket.... the games are a joke, and the customer service doesn't even deserve the pristine title of 'joke' it's more akin to a slap in the face, honestly....

I would love to sit in a GameStop and encourage people not to purchase any Ubisoft product, when they finally notice what I am doing I will most likely get kicked out.
Ubisoft has the most terrible customer service. I dont even think it deserves the title "customer service" but the title of "customer not serviced"
I think since Ubisoft is ignoring us, we should ignore them too by not purchasing any of there products.
I hope Ubisoft ends up on the news and the message we are trying to spread, gets spread all over the world.
I have already posted at GameFaqs.com

I have already posted at GameFaqs.com not sure about where you live, but here, they wouldn't care.. they're as money hungry as UBI is... as long as that person picks up another just as expensive game, they won't care. just make sure to suggest something equal (or even better, like that'll be hard lmao) to the person.... it's not about what you do, it's about how you do it.. also, every employee i've encountered and both gamestop and game crazy (again dunno where you live, but here they're like mcdonalds and burger king) don't really know much, they're just manning the register... anything you can do to stop customers from asking THEM questions they don't know how to answer, reduces their stress. just be tactful about it... isntead of saying UBI sucks, say, something like "UBI isn't best known for their games nor their customer service but if that game intrests you, i suggest <insert name>, trust me you won't be disapointed" there's also an added bonus.... with internet, word of mouth travels fast.... even for stuff that isn't true... how many diffrent myths have you heard since you got internet compared to when you didn't have it? lol... the internet is like a flesh eating disease... it spreads FAST and WIDE....
