Actual quotes from Ubi's happy customers: - "I WANT UBI TO KNOW THEY'VE LOST ANOTHER ONE"
- "bad experiences with UBI"
- "future purchases are aimed towards companies with a bit more respect for the consumer"
- "For many of us (who've had years, and I mean years of UBI-experience) it doesn't really matter anymore what "great" game they put on the shelves (not that any UBI game in recent history on any level deserves a label of 'great')"
- "I've been a UBI-sucker"
- "There are still unresolved issues"
- "an over priced expansion pack!"
- "they do not care"
- "they sit back"
- "I want my money back for a game that does not work"
- "more excuses for UBI"
- "easy questions go unanswered"
- "keep your customers informed"
- "illusions"
- "the quality of the game no longer matters"
- "no EFFECTS of said change"
- "cause a community to feel supressed, ignored, dismissed.....not appreciated and included!"
- "A company which has already taken your money"
- "UBI remained silent"
- "made a habit of ignoring and dismissing their consumers"
- "Ubi ignores"
- "they just don't care"
- "it's already escalating over the edges, costumers are not getting what they paid for and Ubisoft it's getting a nice float of unsatisfied customers of different levels of education and ages"
- "build a bridge of communication between REAL employees of Ubisoft and costumers"
And the list goes on, and on...

i believe its all started to happen since EA bough some of corp actives of UBI... i dont remember for sure but EA owns like 10-20% of UBI actives and have some influence on any decisions that UBI makes. UBI`s support is same piece of joke... or junk just as helpless and stupid EA support... no bug reports go to developers, no good solutions goes to users...
Seems that both companies EA and UBI spending a very little money on customer support, that seems to be nothing more than 1 room full of bananas and trained Monkeys who sending template answers))
its sounds funny but its frustrating whan u fucking trying to play Assasin Creed Pc when whole kingdom is fucked up with Grass texture\mesh stretched the sky that makes game 100% unplaybale on pre 2XXX ATI cards and some Nvidia cards too... and UBI still ignoring problem and dont fucking care to fix ti.
Another example is Splinter Cell Double Agent that all fucked up, there was 2 joke and dummy patches that fixed nothing, and the game is sitll latest Splinter Cell that was not fixed. Another thing is DLC that was availabe for XBOX 360 - addional maps and female spy class for MP... it was originaly developed for late PS3 version, but was added to old 360 version as well... PC costumers deserve this DLC pack with whole bunch of updates that console version have... but no UBI not fuckin care about PC version, its CRITICAL bugs (like constant crashes in Kinshasa and randomly corrupted save games) and its lack of new features from DLC.
I think this is most important thing to start petition about SCDA PC and AC PC.
I believe that coming soon DLC (major additional chapter) for Prince Of Percia 2008 (antient game title with PC origins) will not be available for PC because UBI dont care about PC versions of most of their game...
I think we should start petition about that issue until its too late to influent UBI decision about releasing it on pc or not.

Cute! I will bet 20 dollars that the next Rainbow Six installment will not involve a PC release.

The best way to persuade UBI is to stop paying money for their games. That is your vote as a consumer. If, as you say on this site, all UBI sees is money, then this message should be pretty obvious to them. And perhaps UBI might change its ways, but most likely it won’t, and most people who are clueless will still buy their games, and in return UBI will stay in black and continue alienating gamers as they continue business as usual. UBI might be a victim of its own success at this point, but they definitely need to see reality as it is. -Products need to be actively supported longer than one or two months from the date of release. -Servers can’t go down as often as they do, which is almost on daily basis. -And listen to your customers; in the end that’s who pays your salaries.

I was looking at ubis flickr yesterday and the people look like they are playing with our money. They are loaded and it seems like all they care about is making everything about ubisofts logo and appearance look nice. I think we improved the ubisoft logo much better than they ever will. They use our money more for Advertising the ubisoft logo than into investing investing into technology that will make our gameplay improve. I suggest you go to flickr and lookup ubisoft for yourself. WoW ubisoft your logo looks so cool with the clubing stage lights and lasers. Ubisoft would make feel better if they gave our money to starving children that could use it, then for them to buy booze and drink and eat our money away.

I am not a UBI proponent by any means. And I can understand how a gamer might get pissed off at the fact that UBI chooses to spend its money on flashy advertisement and not on development and betterment of their products. I’ve been caught by their fishing hook when I started playing R6Vegas that I got free with a video card, which is a great game despite some obvious glitches. Then I decided to go out and purchase R6Vegas2 as it just came out. So as soon as I spent my hard earned cash on this game I immediately signed up into the ranks of people that let UBI do whatever it wants with “our”, but now their money. Basically I just want to reiterate the point I made earlier – if you don’t want to support any company then don’t purchase their products. They are obviously oblivious of existing product support issues. Though I truly wish they would not be, because if they actually tried just a little bit they would find evidence of their failures in many forums and sites on the net. I support your efforts to better UBI as a company. But truly, you are just doing their job for them and if I were to guess you are not on their payroll. Use this site wisely, maybe they’ll hire you. And I am not kidding about it.

Just joking. So this is where you loud mouth loosers end up. Well you all have found a way to get kicked out of the forums (to bad, you all had great imformation). I don't have much use for the forums any longer so I am going to see what kind of s**t I can get away with before getting banned. I did get a chance to play terrorist hunt with Antelope the other night (I was so drunk I couldn't find my a** with both hands)but I had fun. Well you guys carry on the crusade and good luck to you all. BTW I hope none of you hackers drain my savings account......LMAO. StrykerN

Welcome to www.ubi-is-soft.com StrykerN We are not kicked from ubisoft. They keep issueing bans and we keep comming back. First they would ban us by Username, then we start making more usernames until finaly we are banned by ip. After we are banned by ip we just get our ip changed easily. Then we are back on the forums. You don't have to be a hacker to know that, I am not a hacker and I know that. Your referring to us as hackers, we are good honest people and we have no intentions into stealing any information from anyone. We are here to support those who are in need of support from Ubisoft. We are here to make a change to Ubisoft. We dont get ban happy around here, your more than welcome to express your opinion about us and ubisoft. Over here you have the freedom of speech, at ubisoft you have the freedom to be shit on. Good luck on your ubisoft account Let us know when your finally banned and what you tried getting away with Thank you for posting, we appreciate your feedback. xBlackPearlx - Daniel

Geeez the first thing I typed was "just joking". I never meant to insult anyone. I guess hacker is just something that hits a raw nerve. I am sorry I brought it up. I had a run in with Pack.Leader.X (as I know him ) in the forums. I realized I was out of line and manned up with an apology. He wrote back stating my apology was accepted. So again if I have offended anyone here I am sorry. If I ever need help again I will come here for it. I see you have an extensive options menu. Would you add a spell check? Maybe Pack.Leader will understand the request and get a chuckle out of it. Keep fighting the fight guys. StrykerN

I guess hacker is just something that hits a raw nerve. Hi again StrykerN, very nice to see you here! Well, the people over on the ubi forum think we are evil sub-human things that do not deserve anything. I don't "hack" the game, so, best to not call us hackers in this situation. Now if we were on about a different subject, fine, but not this one. StrykerN, my name is XeiaieX, please use my real name. Pack Leader X was the fake name I was using due to my life-time death penalty ban. And yes, you did do that and it was very honorable, I really appreciate your respect. Please do! I see you have an extensive options menu. Would you add a spell check? Maybe Pack.Leader will understand the request and get a chuckle out of it. Unfortunately, a spell checker is out of the question. It would take a whole script and dictionary files, which is very unnecessary. If I may make a suggestion though, are you using IE? Because Firefox has a built in spell checker as you type, which works tremendously. Thanks for joining us! XeiaieX

StrykerN ubiissoft.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=18just realize this isn't my way of saying anything negative, that's just my experiences from the UBI forums.... it won't be long before i make a new name to join with tho... although it'll be nothing like my other 3 so far (slipispsycho, slippsycho, psychoslip) they can get rid of me for short ammounts of time (as i don't like making new email accounts even tho it takes a minute, same with changing IP) but i'll never be silenced... there are a few diffrent forums i've came across over the years that tried to silence me, it didn't work.... i only gave up when i wanted to, not because they 'banned me'... just so everyone's aware i don't just look for a fight... i try to follow forum rules, but it really pisses me off when i get banned for expressing an opinion... it's like my pet peeve... if i was owner of a forum everyone would be allowed to their opinion so long as they could keep it somewhat civil, and i expect the same from any other forum owner... so long as i'm not just insulting someone left and right or violating any other 'common rule' you just deal with my opinion like i'm expected to deal with everyone elses.... a forum is for sharing ideas/opinions right? just cuz you don't like mine isn't a reason to silence me... and like i said, if someone tries, i just make it all that much more of a point to remain UNsilenced... if you don't like what i have to say, be a man about it and accept my opinion and even ask me to leave... i've also left a few forums because me and the majority of the members didn't agree, in a decent manner i was asked to leave for the good of the community at large, and so i did.... tho, it seems far more common for people to get a forum under their charge and go off on a power trip....

First off, Welcome to UBI-IS-SOFT
Like I said in an earlier post,
"We dont get ban happy around here, your more than welcome to express your opinion about us and ubisoft. Over here you have the freedom of speech, at ubisoft you have the freedom to be shit on."
Were not looking for a fight, were looking for a change, but the only way to get a change is through a fight.
If there is anything you feel like you need to express, we will not silence you. We will simply tell you if we agree or disagree and why.

First off, Welcome to UBI-IS-SOFT Like I said in an earlier post, "We dont get ban happy around here, your more than welcome to express your opinion about us and ubisoft. Over here you have the freedom of speech, at ubisoft you have the freedom to be shit on." Were not looking for a fight, were looking for a change, but the only way to get a change is through a fight. If there is anything you feel like you need to express, we will not silence you. We will simply tell you if we agree or disagree and why.this is going to probably sound a lot more assholish than is meant, but i already knew that most of that was about UBI's forums... they didn't like what i had to say and banned me.... this post is just to go on the record as stating a few things my disposition towards mods/forum owners my disposition towards ubi in general and a glance at my past forum experiences.... i don't like to get wires crossed, because that's usually where problems start... i just want you to know none of that was directed towards any member of this forum or the mods/owners... but first impressions are vital to continuing relationships.... i guess you can consider me a 'radical'... i'm a very opinonated person and have left quite a few forums because of my ways... but it doesn't bother me... as i see it, everyone has their opinion and that leads to disagreements.. as indicated by my past experiences, as long as they keep it 'polite' i have no problem disappearing... but there are a few forums out there (i can list sites if you'd like lol) that just really got off on the wrong foot with me... one of them i was a member at for over 2 years.... new mods came about and everything went to hell from there... that would be one of the majority factors of me stating forum mods have a tendancy to become powermongers and go on a powertrip... (but not the only one mind you) i'd like to work towards change too.... but i've yet to really be able to vent any of my anger from the ubi experience, so i came here looking for others that share in my anger/experience.... i really don't want to come off sounding bad... but in my experiences it's best just to get right to the point and 'show your true colors' rather then warming up... i just want everyone here to know exactly who i am and what i think before i even begin to build any sort of rapport. again none of this is meant in any negative or ass-ish way... i just want to be upfront... and also again, i rather like the people here i've been watching for a few days now, and being banned again from ubi's site finally drove me to make an account and post my experiences and contribute....

slip, you are home, my friend. Do not worry about saying something that will get you banned here, because we share the same feelings and thoughts about ubi. - "i'd like to work towards change too.... but i've yet to really be able to vent any of my anger from the ubi experience, so i came here looking for others that share in my anger/experience.... " We need more of that! Eventually we can get change. - "again none of this is meant in any negative or ass-ish way" not taken that way at all. - "i just want to be upfront" I always appreciate when someone doesnt bs. thank you. - "i rather like the people here i've been watching for a few days now, and being banned again from ubi's site finally drove me to make an account and post my experiences and contribute.... " heheh well what can I say haha no but really, thanks a lot, thats quite a compliment and I hope you will stay here with us for a while until somethign comes of this mess called ubi! (oh and also, I think blackpearl was just like, reinforcing his post because you said exactly what his post was conveying, you know? well I hope anyway haha)
